Champagne and Cognac lift Moët Hennessy as LVMH returns to growth
LVMH's wine and spirits division has returned to growth, with organic revenue rising 5% in the first half of 2026 and operating profit climbing 11%. Champagne and Cognac, which faced soft demand over the previous two years, are now showing encouraging recovery, with prestige cuvées performing particularly well. Hennessy maintained momentum from Chinese New Year celebrations whilst expanding into new US markets, and Provence rosé continues to post growth across the group's portfolio.
